Roumie has more than 10 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and general management. She has held senior positions in both small and large companies and has led departments that have been tasked with developing new markets and processes, as well as managing operations for some of the industry's most innovative companies. Since founding FOS in 2019, she has worked with clients to develop new business opportunities within their existing businesses and to expand into new markets.

He has been working in the BPO industry for over 10 years, specializing in a variety of industries including technology, financial services, and healthcare. His experience includes working with clients to meet their business needs through strategic planning, design and implementation, and ongoing support.

She oversees all hiring and interviewing processes as well as compensation planning. Arlene also works closely with other departments such as legal and accounting to ensure that the company's policies are followed correctly.
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Mhica is responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. She also oversees site metrics, interacts with readers, and is responsible for creative design.
Aira's is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance. They monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends.
Erich's responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. Ultimately, she is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
